Discounts apply to physical versions of products ONLY. The digital versions are usually highly discounted already, plus Apply currently doesn't allow discounts but only codes to give out free versions. For the aforementioned reasons discounts only apply to physical products.
Refund Policy for Hip Hop Instruction Manuals, DVDs, and Student Programs: a full refund is given (minus 10-percent restocking fee) if the manual is returned back to us within 7 days in original condition. You must email us first before returning product and let us know why you didn't like it. That means, if you get the product on a Tuesday, we must have the product back in our hands by the following Tuesday. Buyer pays for shipping product back to us. We've never had a product returned so we are sure that you will like it but we have this policy in place...just in case. Student programs do NOT qualify for returns.
We will replace defective products at any time. Student Programs do NOT qualify for replacement. The replacement policy ONLY refers to Manuals & DVDs. You must return the product (at your expense) and we will then replace it with the exact same or updated product (at our expense). Refund Policy for downloadable Dance Videos & other downloadable products: No refunds. If for some reason the video didn't download properly, please check your email for the link to redownload the video, otherwise contact us and we will try to work out a solution. You have 3 days to access the download area for your purchased video or product. This software allows me to see that you have or have not been able to download the video and will send me an error if you are unable to do so.
By buying any Hip Hop Instruction Curriculums, Videos, Manuals, or Student programs you agree to not infringe on Hip Hop Instructions copyright rights. You are not allowed to copy any part of the program for any reason. If we find a copied manual, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. You further agree not to use our dance moves in any form of broadcast communication with the exception of online channels of communication and only if this website is given credit.
